Job summary

Lincoln Motor Company seeks a Director of Cloud & AI Infrastructure Operations to lead reliability, security, and cost‑efficiency of Ford Credit’s cloud and AI landscape. You will drive HA/DR, security, and AI infrastructure initiatives across GCP, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and on‑prem environments.

You will partner with engineering teams, security, and external vendors to implement secure, scalable solutions while managing costs and enabling AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or similar.
• 10+ years in cloud infrastructure/platform engineering with hands-on GCP.
• Proven experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift and secure cloud architectures.
• Experience delivering HA/DR in hybrid cloud/on‑prem environments.
• Familiarity with AI/ML infra concepts (LLMs, RAG, MCP, agentic AI).

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for GCP and container platforms (Kubernetes/OpenShift).
• Design and implement HA/DR across hybrid environments.
• Advance AI infrastructure capabilities and secure AI enablement.
• Ensure security controls and compliance across cloud/AI solutions.
• Collaborate with security, architecture, and partner teams.
