Job summary

Ford Credit seeks a Director of Cloud & AI Infrastructure Operations to lead reliability, security, and cost-efficiency across a hybrid cloud and AI-enabled landscape. You’ll guide GCP, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and data-center integrations while shaping secure, production-grade AI solutions.

You’ll collaborate across security, enterprise architecture, and partner teams, mentoring staff and presenting cost/benefit metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT/engineering.
• 10+ years in cloud infrastructure with hands-on GCP.
• Experience on Kubernetes/OpenShift and secure cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for cloud and container apps.
• Design HA/DR across hybrid cloud and on-prem data centers.
• Partner with security and architecture to govern AI infrastructure.
