Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Manager, Clinical Pharmacy Services to lead a team of clinical pharmacists across multiple offices in the western and central U.S. The role is hybrid, with 3 days in the office and responsibilities spanning program development, quality, and affordability initiatives.

You will supervise up to 10 direct reports, drive performance, and partner with Pharmacy Directors and executives on strategic efforts. A Pharm.D or equivalent and active licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D; Residency certificate or advanced degree in health care administration, economics, public health, pharmacy administration, finance, or equivalent field preferred
• Three years of experience in patient care setting as well as management or professional business experience in a managed health care system, medical group, hospital, or related business in health care delivery industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Licensed pharmacist in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes and manages the implementation, and maintenance of clinical pharmacy programs, including Stars, HEDIS, eValu8, and other clinical safety, quality, and affordability programs.
• Leads, and collaborates with, departmental and cross-organizational teams and committees and with external vendors.
• Ensures service levels meet client SLAs and contractual obligations, and compliance with state, federal, CMS regulations and contracts.
• Provides routine reporting and analysis of clinical program activities.
• Ensures continuous quality assurance with documented policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Provides leadership and mentorship to direct reports and staff.
• Manages work activities of clinical pharmacist staff.
• Coordinates with leadership to improve medication use and reduce costs.
