Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in state of practice.
• 3 years of patient care experience with management or professional business experience in a managed health care system.
• Strong clinical pharmacy background and ability to demonstrate therapy skills.
• Knowledge of Medicare/CMS regulations and healthcare coding.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of clinical pharmacy programs (Stars, HEDIS, eValu8).
• Manage cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver programs.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations and member contracts.
• Provide routine reporting and analysis of clinical program activities.
• Mentor and develop direct reports and manage staff workload.
