Job summary

Vitra Health is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Operations to lead the organization’s clinical operations and strategic initiatives in Massachusetts. You will report to the CEO and guide regional leaders to drive healthcare delivery and Care Access across the state.

You will shape operational strategies, manage budgets, oversee performance metrics, and foster a culture of excellence and accountability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Hospital Administration or MBA or equivalent.
• 8+ years of progressive healthcare operations management experience.
• Proven senior operations leadership experience and career progression.
• Strong problem-solving abilities in groups and one-on-one settings.
• Track record of process improvement and financial metrics.
• Quantitative analysis to support organizational goals.
• Experience building equitable practices into operations.
• Excellent people leadership and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide day-to-day operations and process improvement with direct reports.
• Coordinate multi-department and multi-location teams for efficiency.
• Utilize operational metrics to drive performance and decision making.
• Develop professional development plans for leaders as needed.
• Lead policies and procedures for smooth operations.
• Design models to measure program metrics and impact.
• Monitor performance and adjust processes to meet goals.
• Manage budgets and staffing planning with CFO and finance team.
• Build relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Provide regular performance reporting to CEO and executives.
