Vedanta Biosciences, Inc. seeks a Vice President of Clinical Operations in Cambridge, MA or hybrid arrangement. The role leads global clinical programs, oversees budgets and timelines, and manages CROs and vendors.

The incumbent will mentor the Clinical Operations team, collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, CMC, and QA, and ensure regulatory readiness. The position requires 15+ years in pharma with 10+ years in leadership, strong GCP knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• BS, RN, MS degree or higher and at least 15 years in pharma with 10+ years in Clinical Operations leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of GCPs and regulatory guidelines (FDA/EMA/ICH).
• Experience selecting CROs, negotiating terms, and managing vendor relationships.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and operational oversight of Vedanta's clinical trials to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and compliance.
• Develop and manage the Clinical Operations budget and resource forecast.
• Lead and develop the Clinical Operations team and partner with CMC and Clinical Supply teams.
