Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Director Client Communications to lead the strategy and execution of client communications, newsletters, and the client services newsroom. As a member of the Global Communication team, this role ensures clients and colleagues receive clear, timely, accurate information that builds trust and engagement.

The Director captures the voice of the customer across touchpoints and translates insights into content, strategy, and recommendations that support client engagement,

Qualifications

• Ten (10) plus years in client or marketing communications, or equivalent.
• Experience in insurance or professional services preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects in a matrixed environment.
• Experience advising executives and leading client-specific communications.

Responsibilities

• Leads client communications strategy and ensures brand-consistent messaging.
• Translates complex claims/ops info into clear client content.
• Owns content calendar and production of client newsletters.
• Plans virtual client events, webinars, and related communications.
• Develops event content and presentations for client audiences.
