Sedgwick is seeking a Communications Coordinator to help ensure accuracy and on-time delivery of daily client service projects involving kit fulfillment and communication materials.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in quality assurance or communications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or Operations-related field preferred.
  • Experience in corporate/office environments recommended.
  • Familiarity with CFR/ISO 9001 quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality checks on communication materials and fulfillment packages to ensure standards are met.
  • Review and proofread materials for accuracy, branding, and messaging consistency.
  • Coordinate internal communications across multiple platforms.
  • Maintain records of audits, approvals, and quality checks.
  • Monitor shared inboxes and ensure timely responses (including Sedgwick communications).
  • Track daily operational tasks and follow up to ensure completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and improve processes.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings to support project success.

Primary Purpose of the Role

Ensure accuracy, compliance with quality standards, and on-time delivery of daily client service projects involving kit fulfillment and communication materials.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Quality Assurance experience preferred.
  • Educational background: Quality Assurance, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Operations Management preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education.
  • Corporate/Office environment experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; SharePoint experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with quality standards (e.g., CFR, ISO 9001).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Skills
