Job summary

Selective Insurance is seeking a Senior BI & Analytics leader to drive the analytics roadmap and deliver dashboards, scorecards, and reporting across regions. You will guide projects that improve decision making in underwriting and claims and align analytics with strategic goals.

You will collaborate with IT and business partners to build data-driven capabilities, develop new data sources, and ensure governance and change readiness while advancing performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft BI tools including Cognos, MS SharePoint, SQL, Access, and Excel.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with data warehousing and data modeling is a plus.
• Strong project management and stakeholder handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of BI strategy with dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions.
• Identify and monitor factors influencing underwriting and claims performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to solve business problems and implement plans.
• Drive change management and knowledge management across the organization.
• Develop data-driven decision making and partner with IT on data warehouse initiatives.
