Selective Insurance in New Jersey is seeking an analytics professional to join the Claims organization. You will build and maintain reporting suites and dashboards to support Staff Counsel and the broader claims team.

You will develop procedures for extracting, cleaning, and analyzing data, and deliver clear executive summaries. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, attend meetings as needed, and educate end users on the claims platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain claims reporting platforms and delivery methods.
• Establish monthly claims reporting package with dashboard and scorecards.
• Support ad-hoc analytical requests from management platforms.
• Analyze audit data relating to law firm performance and vendor performance.
• Produce descriptive analytics and executive summaries.
• Create processes to extract, clean, and analyze data; train users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders; scale claims platforms.
• Attend team meetings and roundtables as needed.
