Job summary

Tesla Energy is standing up Charging Operations Excellence (OPX) to support Field Service. As Lead, you will own domain staffing, the StackRank prioritization framework, and the feedback loop that turns field actions into systemic improvements.

You will work with partner teams in Service Engineering, Asset Management, and Business Operations to support our Americas Field Service organization, with close cooperation with our Global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years in operations, programs, or field leadership within energy, charging, utilities, or large-scale industrial field service, including 2+ years leading people.
• Experience standing up or scaling an operating system in a matrix with commercial operations, engineering, and field partners.
• Initiative lifecycle discipline from intake through sustainment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Charging OPX domain including staffing plan and OKR delivery.
• Stand up and coach domain seats: Site Bring-Up, Site Lifecycle, Change Adoption, Sustainment, and Field Support Specialists.
• Maintain and improve field service prioritization framework.
• Build trust with Field Teams to act on KPI misses and drive continuous improvement.
