Job summary

Alpitronic seeks a Team Manager for Remote Service Support to lead a high-performing team delivering technical support for DC fast charging solutions in North America. You will drive customer satisfaction, optimize support processes, and ensure timely resolutions while collaborating with Engineering, Product Management, and Field Service.

The role requires strong leadership, technical troubleshooting, and experience managing remote teams in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years in technical or customer support or field service.
2+ years leadership of remote or distributed teams.
Experience in EV charging, renewable energy, or high-tech manufacturing is preferred.
Familiar with remote diagnostic tools and IoT systems.
Strong communication and customer-first mindset.
Experience with CRM and ticketing systems like Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing team of Remote Service Support Specialists.
Oversee remote support operations and ensure timely, accurate issue resolution.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Quality, and Field Service.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, software, and network-related issues in EV charging systems.
Drive process improvements to enhance first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.
Prepare reports on team performance and service metrics.
