Job summary

Exoben Inc. in the United States seeks a pragmatic SVP, Charging Networks to lead the execution of its EV charging infrastructure. You will translate strategic direction into real networks deployed across multiple regions, overseeing deployment, performance and operations of ExoBoost systems.

You will collaborate with engineering, software and field teams to deliver a seamless charging experience, focusing on uptime, scalability and integration with energy storage and solar generation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems or related field.
• Master’s degree is an advantage; PhD preferred.
• 12–15 years of EV infrastructure or large-scale electrical project experience.
• Strong understanding of EV charging, power distribution, grid integration.
• Proven experience managing infra projects from planning to operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of EV charging network projects across markets.
• Oversee deployment and rollout of ExoBoost charging stations.
• Ensure integration between charging, energy storage and solar.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and delivery performance.
• Coordinate with software teams for network connectivity and UX.
• Ensure high uptime and reliability across locations.
• Support expansion into new markets by adapting infrastructure.
