Job summary
Electrify America in Virginia seeks a Technical Field Service Manager to act as the primary technical resource for OEM equipment across the network. Qualifications
- Deep technical understanding of EV charging equipment and electrical systems.
- Experience troubleshooting multi-manufacturer equipment using logs and service docs.
- Ability to interpret OEM manuals, wiring diagrams and service bulletins.
- Working knowledge of electrical theory, safety practices and OSHA/NEC basics.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary technical liaison with equipment manufacturers for charger and related systems.
- Review service bulletins, firmware updates, known issues and repair procedures.
- Collaborate with OEMs to validate troubleshooting steps and field actions.
- Maintain visibility of issues to NOC, Engineering, field teams and vendors.
