Clinical and Support Options, Inc. is seeking a Manager of CCS and Crisis Intake and Diversion to enhance response times within our Community Behavioral Health Center Emergency Services Program in Greenfield, MA.

This manager will collaborate with CCS and crisis program directors, ensuring efficient intake processes and community outreach. The role requires strong leadership, teamwork, and a commitment to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience working with mentally ill individuals or related internship experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; regional travel required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee CCS central intake and implement best practices for ED Diversion.
• Monitor Central Intake Teams and manage referral processes.
• Develop plans for ED Diversion with community partners.
• Support training and case management for BA level staff.
