Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems in West Reading, PA is seeking a Clinical Coordinator for the Crisis Intervention Program. You will lead clinical and nonclinical staff, oversee daily program operations, and ensure services meet licensing and best-practice standards.

This role blends clinical leadership with hands-on crisis care, including direct client services when needed. You will support staff development, budgeting, and cross-agency collaboration to promote recovery‑oriented care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a clinical behavioral health discipline.
• 3 years of post-degree experience in behavioral health with supervisory responsibility.
• Licensure and/or certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise clinical and nonclinical staff with regular evaluations.
• Drive daily operations of the crisis intervention program and maintain coverage.
• Provide direct client services when needed and coordinate referrals.
• Oversee budgeting, billing, payroll submissions, and expenses.
• Monitor quality and compliance, report incidents, audit readiness.
• Represent the program in interagency meetings and with partners.
