Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. is seeking a compassionate CCS Clinician to deliver urgent behavioral health care and stabilization services across multiple settings in Danvers and Lynn, MA.

This fee-for-service role emphasizes crisis planning, short-term treatment, and collaboration with a CBHC team to support clients in acute need. The position requires a Master’s degree in a related field and independent licensure, with experience in adult mental health/substance use.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Independent clinical licensure preferred.
• Experience working with adults with mental illness or substance use.
• Strong diagnostic skills and crisis intervention abilities.
• Ability to establish rapport quickly with diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver urgent behavioral health care through crisis planning, stabilization, and short-term treatment.
• Provide flexible, community-based care in office settings, virtually, at home, or in the community based on clinical direction and client preference.
• Offer direct, solution-focused clinical support including skills training, behavior modeling, and crisis resolution.
• Assess safety and service needs including determining appropriate levels of care and develop stabilization-focused treatment plans.
• Collaborate across care systems supporting hospital admissions and discharges, maintain communication with the triage team, and participate in trainings.
