Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. seeks a compassionate CCS Clinician to deliver urgent behavioral health care in Danvers, MA and Lynn, MA. Expect crisis planning, stabilization, and short-term treatment within a multidisciplinary CBHC team, with flexible shifts and community-based care options.

The role requires a Master's in Psychology or Social Work, licensure preferred, and experience with adults facing mental illness or substance use. Compensation includes hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field.
• Independent clinical licensure preferred.
• Experience with adults with mental illness/substance use.
• Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills.
• Rapport-building and engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver urgent behavioral health care and short-term treatment during crises.
• Provide flexible, community-based care in office, virtual, home, or community settings.
• Offer solution-focused clinical support and crisis resolution.
• Assess safety and level of care needs and develop stabilization plans.
• Collaborate across care systems and participate in ongoing trainings.
