Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. in Danvers/Lynn, MA seeks a Fee-for-Service CCS Clinician to provide urgent behavioral health care and crisis stabilization for youth, families and adults.

Join a multidisciplinary CBHC team delivering short-term treatment, crisis planning, and collateral support with flexible, community-based care settings to promote stability when ongoing services are arranged.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field.
• Independent Clinical licensure, preferred.
• Experience working with adults with mental illness/substance abuse.
• Strong diagnostic skills and crisis intervention ability.
• Ability to engage clients and establish rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver urgent behavioral health care through crisis planning, stabilization, and short-term treatment.
• Provide flexible, community-based care in office, virtual, home, or community settings.
• Offer solution-focused clinical support, including skills training and crisis resolution.
• Assess safety and determine levels of care; develop stabilization-focused plans.
• Collaborate with hospital and triage teams; participate in ongoing trainings.
