Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a VP Carrier and Captive Analytics to direct a team delivering enterprise analytics across carrier and captive lines. You will shape strategy, set priorities, and translate complex client data into actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.

The role requires a track record in analytics leadership, governance setup, and collaboration with Operations, Client Services, Finance and Marketing to drive growth and client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Ten (10) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong leadership and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Carrier and Captive analytics strategy and roadmap, setting priorities and investments.
• Establish data governance, entity hierarchy, metrics, and integration with enterprise data andFinance/tech initiatives.
• Translate multi-account and multi-policy structures into trusted rollups and decision tools.
• Drive client value and growth by partnering across Operations, Client Services, Finance and Marketing.
• Direct a team that manages business analytics and pipeline.
• Oversee client relationship management enterprise solutions and BI analytics.
