Job summary

Sedgwick seeks a VP Carrier and Captive Analytics to direct a team delivering visibility into client lifecycles from an enterprise intelligence perspective. You will set priorities, build a scalable data and governance foundation, and translate complex structures into actionable insights for growth.

You will partner with Operations, Client Services, Finance, and Marketing to drive value, renewal, cross-sell, and ROI narratives, and may oversee budget and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Ten (10) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics strategy and roadmap for Carrier and Captive.
• Build data governance foundation for analytics scale.
• Translate multi-account structures into actionable metrics.
• Drive client value and growth through analytics collaborations.
• Direct a team that manages analytics and pipeline.
• Oversee enterprise client relationship management solutions.
• Provide strategic direction for BI and client analytics.
• Present analytics to business leaders and stakeholders.
• Oversee budgeting for the business area.
