Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the campaign operations strategy, operating model, and governance for scalable execution.
• Build and optimize a production model balancing internal teams, self-service, and external resources.
• Establish templates, workflows, and reusable components to speed up marketing campaigns with quality.
• Drive metrics to improve campaign timelines, velocity, throughput, quality, and predictability.
• Identify bottlenecks across the lifecycle and implement improvements to time-to-market and outcomes.
• Provide leadership in governance for platforms and integrated systems (e.g., Salesforce MC, Workfront).
• Lead and develop a high-performing, distributed automation team.
