Job summary

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done with an AI-native People tech platform. This role owns the technology, products and data intelligence to scale Legora’s People function globally, from HRIS implementation to employee experiences and data insights.

You’ll set a product-led strategy, balance a secure core with innovative tools, and lead a growing team across multiple stakeholders to deliver simple, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS, enterprise systems or related technology leadership.
• Experience leading teams and delivering large-scale transformation.
• Deep HRIS expertise and global HRIS HCM implementations.
• Experience designing HR technology ecosystems, with integrations and data governance.
• Strong product mindset translating needs into scalable solutions.
• Experience building People analytics and data governance capabilities.
• Experience operating in a high-growth, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the People technology roadmap, architecture and investments.
• Oversee HRIS implementation from requirements to deployment and adoption.
• Lead product-led People technology initiatives and digital experiences.
• Build data infrastructure, governance and analytics for workforce insights.
• Lead a cross-functional team and partner with IT, Finance and business units.
