Henderson Engineers, a leading engineering firm, seeks a Sr Building Technology Systems Director to guide national BTS strategy, OT cybersecurity, and integrated building technology initiatives. You will lead leadership teams, align initiatives with client needs, and drive innovation across services.

The role requires extensive experience in BTS, OT/IT networking, and cross-functional leadership, with a strong track record in growth, risk management, and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, security management, or related field required.
• 15+ years of relevant experience across BTS areas, with 7+ in leadership roles.
• Experience providing consultancy services to building owners and operators.
• Certifications such as PE, CISSP, PSP, or CPP preferred.
• Experience with IBMS, BAS, SCADA, access control and video surveillance systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual internal business planning and strategy sessions.
• Develop and execute the financial strategy to meet goals.
• Provide strategic direction for Building Technology Systems and growth.
• Lead client engagement strategies and project pursuits.
• Mentor and develop staff across BTS disciplines.
