Henderson Engineers, Inc. seeks a Senior Building Technology Systems Director to lead the national BTS practice, directing strategy, delivery, and client outcomes across multiple sectors.

You will oversee technology strategies for owner projects, coordinate with owners, GCs, and commissioning agents, and mentor teams while advancing OT/IT security and building automation competencies.

Las Vegas, Denver, LA, and New York salary bands are indicated, reflecting geographic cost of labor differentials.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, IT, security, or related field; Master's preferred.
15+ years in BTS with 7+ years in leadership or management; proven growth and influence.
Experience consulting building owners/operators on BTS services.
Strong knowledge of telecom, IBMS/BAS/SCADA, access control, and security systems.

Responsibilities

Lead annual internal planning and strategy for BTS growth.
Develop and execute the financial strategy for BTS performance.
Direct strategic direction for BTS across service lines and markets.
Coordinate BTS with owners, General Contractors, and commissioning teams.
Mentor staff and ensure technical excellence and client satisfaction.
