Henderson Engineers is seeking a Sr Building Technology Systems Director to lead the national BTS practice, overseeing strategy, investments, and innovation across service lines. You will shape the direction for OT cybersecurity, telecom design, and IBMS/BAS initiatives while guiding growth and client value.

The role demands extensive experience in BTS, OT/IT networking, and building technology platforms, with a strong track record in leadership, strategic influence, and industry collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, security management, or a related field is required.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in BTS-related areas with at least 7 years in leadership or management roles is required.
• Experience providing consultancy services to building owners/operators in BTS is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual internal business planning and strategy sessions.
• Develop and execute the financial strategy to meet goals.
• Provide strategic direction for Building Technology Systems across the organization.
• Develop/enforce policies and standards for Building Technology Systems.
• Collaborate with leadership to align BTS approaches with company strategies.
• Oversee client engagement strategies and project pursuits.
