Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, security management, or related field required.
• Master's degree or higher in BTS, cybersecurity, or business administration preferred.
• Minimum extensive experience in BTS leadership and building technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual internal business planning and strategy sessions to set growth goals.
• Develop and execute financial strategy to meet performance targets.
• Provide strategic direction around Building Technology Systems and related initiatives.
• Oversee client engagement strategies and project execution across sectors.
• Mentor and develop staff to build a strong succession pipeline in BTS disciplines.
• Ensure technical execution aligns with company standards and client needs.
