Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in building operations and maintenance with knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, boiler, and mechanical/electrical systems.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience managing engineering and maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain critical building systems including HVAC, refrigeration, boilers, and mechanical/electrical equipment.
• Supervise engineering and maintenance staff through hiring, training, performance management, and daily coordination.
• Ensure CFWA compliance among staff, tenants, and contractors while managing all contractor activities and vendor relationships.
• Conduct equipment inspections and monitoring programs to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Identify safety hazards, implement remediation plans, and conduct safety training to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage client relationships through meetings and feedback to deliver exceptional service.
