Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of banking experience with emphasis in operations.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of branch products, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach branch staff; run daily huddles and branch meetings.
• Oversee branch operations, compliance, audits, risk management, and security.
• Schedule staff coverage and ensure lobby efficiency; manage customer service quality.
• Drive customer experience, build relationships and promote bank products and services.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and branch strategic plan.
• Support remote approvals and assist at other branches as needed.
