Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting OR 2+ years of HR OR 2+ years of client consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree or military experience preferred.
• PHR certification preferred.
• 3+ years in corporate recruiting – full lifecycle, sourcing & consulting.
• 3+ years consulting with multiple hiring managers.
• Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with compensation/HR aspects related to hiring.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting and hiring deliverables.
• Create compelling job descriptions and source diverse pipelines.
• Market Capital One’s talent brand to attract top talent.
• Screen candidates, advise on process, and extend offers.
• Develop candidate plans and close top talent.
