Job summary

Chime Enterprise is seeking a Director of Communications & Content to own the corporate narrative for the business-to-business division. You will lead external press, internal communications, executive visibility, and thought leadership, shaping messaging across media, channels, and creator programs.

You will manage a small team of B2B writers and coordinate with the PR agency of record, Demand Generation, Creative, and Legal to ensure a unified, high-impact communications strategy that supports

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in communications or PR.
At least 3 years in people-management or agency-management.
Experience in a high-growth startup environment with multiple priorities.
Proficiency with AI tools to improve content quality and speed.
Track record of securing meaningful press coverage and executive visibility.

Responsibilities

Oversee external press, internal communications, executive visibility, and thought leadership.
Manage editorial, social, and creator programs supporting Chime Enterprise.
Lead a small team of B2B content writers and the PR agency of record.
Ensure messaging consistency across press, owned content, social, and creator channels.
Coordinate with Demand Generation, Creative, Internal/External Communications, and Legal.
