Job summary

Chime Enterprise is seeking a Director of Communications & Content to own the enterprise narrative. You will oversee external press, internal communications, executive visibility, and thought leadership, guiding a small B2B writing team and the PR agency of record.

You’ll align storytelling across press, owned channels, social, and creator programs, while coordinating with cross-functional partners and driving internal comms for the Enterprise business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in communications or PR with at least 3 years in a people-management or agency-management role.
• Ability to set strategy, lead a team, and execute with hands-on involvement.
• Experience in high-growth startups and managing multiple priorities with urgency.
• Proficiency with AI tools to improve content quality and speed.
• Track record of securing press coverage and executive visibility in B2B SaaS/fintech or regulated industries.
• Experience managing an external PR agency from the client side.
• Comfort ghostwriting for senior executives and collaborating with content, social, and creator teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee external press, internal communications, executive visibility, and thought leadership for Chime Enterprise.
• Lead editorial, social, and creator programs that support the business narrative.
• Manage a small team of B2B content writers and the PR agency of record.
• Ensure consistency of messaging across press, owned content, and social channels.
• Drive internal communications and analyst relations when appropriate.
• Lead the executive thought leadership program and long-form editorial content quality.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations, Government Affairs, Legal, and Compliance.
