Job summary

Chime Enterprise seeks a Director of Communications & Content to own the narrative across press, internal comms, executive visibility, and thought leadership. You will lead a small B2B content team and coordinate with a PR agency to ensure consistent storytelling across channels.

You will set external comms strategy, build relations with media and influencers, and craft executive bylines and speaking opportunities. A hands-on leader who aligns content with commercial goals will thrive.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in communications or PR.
• At least 3 years in people-management or agency-management.
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute external communications strategy and media relations.
• Build relationships with tier-one and trade media, analysts, and industry influencers.
• Develop executive thought leadership opportunities, including bylines, speaking engagements, podcasts, and media appearances.
• Lead our PR agency and ensure accountable outcomes, coordinating with internal teams.
• Oversee internal communications for the Enterprise business and align messaging across channels.
