Job summary

Taidou LLC, a private management consulting firm, seeks a Senior Director in Assurance to lead a major portion of the service line, including Technology Assurance and AI & Model Assurance. You will own key client relationships, build the team, and shape market presence.

This contract-to-hire role starts as an independent contractor for onboarding, then converts to a full-time position with benefits. Candidates should have 15+ years in assurance, a proven ability to originate large engagements,

Qualifications

15+ years of relevant experience in assurance, including practice or business-line leadership.
A strong network of executive buyers and a record of originating large engagements.
Deep expertise across several areas of the practice.
Experience leading senior teams and building capability.
Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Lead a significant area of the Assurance service line, with accountability for revenue, margin and quality.
Own Taidou's most important client relationships and programmes in the service line.
Originate and close large, multi-year engagements.
Build the offering: methods, assets, partnerships and market positioning.
Lead directors and senior managers; own hiring, development and staffing decisions.
Represent Taidou externally through speaking, writing and industry relationships.
Work with the Principal and Partners on practice strategy.
