Job summary

Taidou is a private management consulting firm offering eight service lines across regulated sectors. The Principal, Finance role leads the Finance service line, shaping offerings, revenue and quality, and serving as the firm’s senior voice in the discipline with clients and within Taidou.

The role emphasizes close acceleration, reporting redesign, and operating discipline to transform a finance function into a decision input.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance service line: strategy, offerings, go-to-market, revenue and quality.
• Shape the practice's offerings in Close & Consolidation, Reporting & Analytics, Finance Operating Model and Systems Enablement.
• Own the most senior client relationships and originate the largest engagements.
• Hire, lead and develop the service line's team, from senior consultants to senior directors.
• Set delivery standards — named scope, named exclusions, handover after adoption — and hold the practice to them.
• Work with the other service lines, Taidou Atlas and Taidou GPS on cross-practice work.
• Represent Taidou externally as a recognized expert in the field.
