Job summary

Exclusive Networks is seeking a Head of Accounts Receivable, Credit & Financing Solutions to lead AR operations, enhance credit risk management, and design innovative financing programs that support revenue growth.

Reporting to the CFO of North America, you will partner with Sales, Vendor Management, and Operations to balance risk with growth, drive collections, and optimize working capital using automation and data analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, Commercial Finance, or Working Capital Management, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and reporting skills, with experience leveraging ERP systems, business intelligence tools, and automation technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead Accounts Receivable and Collections Operations to ensure timely payments and optimize cash flow.
Manage Credit Risk and Approvals, monitor financial exposure, and minimize bad debt.
Develop Customer Financing Solutions through programs with financial institutions and vendors.
Partner with Sales, Finance, and Vendor Management to support commercial transactions and optimize working capital.
Monitor key metrics like DSO, aging receivables, collections effectiveness, and cash-flow forecasts.
Drive Process Improvements and Automation across AR, collections, and credit processes using technology and analytics.
Lead, coach, and develop AR, Collections, and Credit teams, establishing performance expectations.
