Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee accounts receivable, credit management, and customer financing initiatives. You will drive collections, optimize cash flow, and partner with Sales and executives on growth strategies.

Requirements include a finance/Accounting degree and 10+ years in AR/credit management, with strong leadership and analytical skills. This is a fully remote US-based role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 10+ years in AR, credit management, or working capital management.
• Leadership experience with high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead AR and collections, cash application, and dispute resolution to accelerate cash flow.
• Develop credit strategies and monitor risk, limits, and exposure.
• Design customer financing programs with institutions and partners.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and executives to balance risk and growth.
• Monitor DSOs, aging, and cash flow forecasts; report to senior management.
