The Seattle YMCA is seeking a dynamic leader for our Aquatics Department. This on-site position involves overseeing aquatics programs, managing staff, and ensuring safety involves both innovation and compliance with YMCA standards.

You will play a critical role in developing effective, safe, and engaging aquatic programs for our community. Your leadership will enhance Member experiences and foster a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in aquatics program development and staff supervision.
• Current lifeguard and swim instructor certification required.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and operations of the Aquatics Department.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff and volunteers.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and YMCA standards.
