Job summary

Jefferson is seeking a fundraising professional to plan, coordinate, and execute annual donor initiatives across multi-channel campaigns. You will build a sustainable donor pipeline, create compelling communications, and collaborate with internal teams to increase participation and revenue.

The role emphasizes donor cultivation, stewardship, and coordinating with Donor Relations, Major Gifts, and other OIA teams across Jefferson campuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and executing fundraising campaigns.
• Ability to analyze fundraising performance and donor data.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute strategy for fundraising campaigns, coordinating across departments.
• Develop Employee Giving programs and donor stewardship plans.
• Support peer-to-peer and community fundraising initiatives with leaders and partners.
• Lead enterprise annual campaigns coordinating with Donor Relations and Major Gifts teams.
• Recruit, train, and manage fundraising volunteers and ambassadors.
