This role develops and implements multi-channel solicitation campaigns, cultivates relationships with individual donors, analyzes fundraising performance, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to support organizational philanthropic goals.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and executing fundraising campaigns across channels.
• Ability to cultivate donor relationships and manage donor communications.
• Experience recruiting and guiding volunteers and coordinating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the strategy for fundraising campaigns, coordinating cross-functionally to meet goals.
• Develop and manage Employee Giving and donor stewardship plans to improve participation and renewals.
• Support peer-to-peer, third-party, and community fundraising initiatives and guide volunteers.
