Seneca is seeking a Director of Annual Giving to design, execute, and optimize a comprehensive annual giving program that grows unrestricted revenue and builds a pipeline for major and legacy gifts. You will secure Annual Fund and mid-level gifts (>$10,000) and lead multi-channel campaigns across the year.

You will manage data-driven donor segmentation, stewardship plans, and KPI reporting while collaborating with Major Gifts and Donor Relations teams to maximize donor engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive fundraising experience with focus on annual giving.
• Must reside in California to attend in-person events.
• Strong knowledge of fundraising best practices, trends, and donor engagement strategies.
• Ability to engage with donors, executives, board of directors, and community boards.
• CFRE credential preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build a strong base of philanthropic support through managing and cultivating a portfolio of annual and mid-level donors (> $10,000).
• Develop and implement a comprehensive multi-channel annual giving plan and appeal strategy.
• Lead all annual fund campaigns including End of Year giving, Giving Tuesday, monthly giving appeals, special appeals, and rapid response campaigns.
• Create data-driven, segmented campaigns for new, renewing, mid-level, upgrade and lapsed donors.
• Set revenue, acquisition, retention, upgrade, engagement and KPI goals for the Annual Fund program.
• Design moves management strategy for annual and mid-level donors with stage-appropriate engagement.
• Track campaigns in Raiser's Edge, adjust strategies, and craft analytics to improve solicitations.
• Partner with Major Gifts team to transition qualified donors for relationship management.
• Collaborate with Donor Relations Coordinator to design donor giving societies and monthly giving program.
