Qualifications

• Previous experience with CRMs.
• Effectively plans, coordinates, and delivers projects on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the strategy for campaigns, coordinating cross‑department participation and timelines.
• Develop and manage Employee Giving programs across campuses.
• Support peer-to-peer, third‑party, and community fundraising strategies with guidance and tools.
• Lead enterprise annual campaigns, align messaging with relevant teams.
• Recruit, train, and manage fundraising volunteers and ambassadors.
