Job summary

Jefferson Health in Philadelphia seeks a donor relations professional to support programs that strengthen ties with donors, alumni, volunteers, and partners. This role coordinates communications, events, stewardship activities and other initiatives to enhance the constituent experience and advance our mission.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in development, alumni relations, or related fields, with strong communication, relationship-building, and CRM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 3 years experience in development, alumni relations, stewardship, nonprofit management, customer relations, or business development.
• Strong communication and influence skills; ability to partner with executives and cross‑functional teams.
• High emotional intelligence and relationship building; strong research and strategic analysis.
• Expertise in word processing, spreadsheet, CRM/database and presentation software required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage engagement and stewardship activities for assigned constituents and programs.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with constituents, including donors, alumni, volunteers, prospects, and institutional partners.
• Coordinate communications, events, recognition, and other activities that support constituent engagement and stewardship.
• Serve as a resource and point of contact for assigned constituents or groups and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
