The Jewish Board is seeking a Director of Annual Giving to lead the organization’s annual fund and mid-level giving efforts. This newly created role partners with the Development team to grow donor pipelines, manage multi-channel campaigns, and drive revenue across direct mail, email, digital, and events.

The position emphasizes data-driven fundraising, reporting to senior leadership, and collaboration with Major Gifts and Operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fundraising experience with focus on annual giving, direct response, or mid-level programs.
• Experience with multi-channel annual fund campaigns and data-driven donor engagement.
• Familiarity with Raiser's Edge NXT or comparable CRM.
• Strong written communication and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Design and manage the annual giving program across direct mail, email, digital and phone.
• Set revenue goals and report progress to senior leadership.
• Develop mid-level giving program and upgrade strategies.
• Oversee Young Leaders Committee and donor events.
• Partner with Development Operations on data management and reporting.
• Collaborate with teams to align donor strategies and stewardship.
• Ensure timely acknowledgment and donor recognition.
