Job summary

AerSale, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Technical Records Manager to lead complex projects and trading campaigns related to aircraft records management, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of every file across the lifecycle of aircraft and engines.

You will oversee records systems, mentor Technical Records staff, conduct periodic audits, and interact with customers to provide required documents; occasional travel up to 20% for onsite reviews and meetings.

Qualifications

10+ years in aviation technical records management.
Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Engineering, or relevant field.
Experience in aircraft leasing and trading preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead technical records projects and trading campaigns related to aircraft records management.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of the company’s aircraft/engine records and maintenance information.
Oversee the maintenance of records systems to facilitate efficient search and retrieval of aircraft records.
Mentor Technical Records staff regarding department procedures.
Periodically audit physical aircraft and engine records in the company system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Interact with customers to provide required documents and respond to queries.
