Job summary

AerSale, Inc. in Goodyear, AZ is seeking an Aircraft Records Auditor to research and maintain aviation maintenance reports, manuals, and technical publications.

You will perform quality assurance audits of maintenance records, support inductions, and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Preferred two years of recent aviation industry experience.
• Auditing experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain aviation maintenance records and publications.

Responsibilities

• Research and maintain reports related to aviation maintenance records.
• Maintain the technical publication library and manuals.
• Perform quality assurance audits of maintenance records and publications.
• Assist with aircraft inductions and calibrations of tools.
• Audit paperwork as assigned and support management as needed.

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for researching and maintain reports related to aviation maintenance records. Maintain the technical publication library.
• Must have an in depth working knowledge of the format and procedures as related to aviation maintenance, aircraft manuals, related material publications, technical directives, instructions and notices.
• Must be capable of performing clerical and administrative duties in accordance to and in support of aviation maintenance control procedures.
• Will perform quality assurance audits of the aviation maintenance records, work cards and technical publications.
• Assist manager with aircraft inductions
• Will maintain control of calibrated tools
• Audits paperwork as assigned
• Performs other duties as assigned by management

Education and Experience:

• H.S. diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
• Preferred prior auditing experience.
• At least two (2) years of recent experience in aviation industry preferred.

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality with work product.
