Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Head of Product to define the vision and strategy for the AI Development Platform and related AI products. You will lead a team of Product Owners delivering AI-powered capabilities across the firm, driving enterprise adoption and governance.

The role requires deep AI/ML expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to influence stakeholders across technology and business units in a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in software development, software product management, platform management, or related technology roles.
• 8+ years of experience in product leadership, including leading Product Managers and/or Product Owners in a large enterprise environment.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and the latest advancements in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI development platforms.
• Strong knowledge of AI and cloud ecosystems across Azure, AWS, and GCP, including managed AI services and platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Morgan Stanley’s AI Development Platform and related AI products.
• Partner with business teams and senior stakeholders to prioritize AI and Generative AI platform needs.
• Lead and develop Product Owners and Product Managers while fostering a high-performance product culture.
• Manage the platform backlog across features, technical debt, operations, modernization, and delivery priorities.
• Serve as a thought leader on Generative AI, industry trends, and governance practices.
