Job summary

Morgan Stanley seeks a Head of Product to define the vision and lead the strategy for the firmwide AI Development Platform. This role will drive enterprise adoption of AI capabilities and build a high-performing product management function across the firm.

The candidate should possess deep AI/ML expertise, hands-on leadership experience, and a track record delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions within regulated financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 15+ years of experience in software development, software product management, platform management, or related technology roles.
• 8+ years of experience in product leadership, including leading Product Managers and/or Product Owners in a large enterprise environment.
• Proven track record owning a portfolio of products and driving strategy, execution, and adoption across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong experience defining product strategy, business cases, roadmaps, KPIs, and governance models for enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Morgan Stanley's AI Development Platform and related AI products.
• Partner with business teams and senior stakeholders to prioritize AI and Generative AI platform needs.
• Set product goals, success metrics, adoption strategies, and reusable capabilities that scale AI solutions across the enterprise.
• Communicate product vision, priorities, roadmaps, and delivery commitments while balancing business value, technical investment, risk, operations, and platform sustainability.
