Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager, Product Management - AI/ML for the Enterprise Feature Platform in New York, NY. You’ll shape product strategy for scalable AI/ML foundation capabilities and drive adoption across teams, delivering high-impact outcomes and reducing time-to-market.

You’ll lead cross-functional efforts, translate business needs into digital products, and partner with data scientists and developers to deliver innovative AI solutions within the MDLC framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or equivalent; or a Bachelor's with 3+ years in Product Management.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.
• Experience exploring or implementing emerging technologies and AI automation tools (Gemini, Claude, Claude Code, Google Apps Script).
• Prior AI/ML product experience preferred.
