Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing technology, analytics, or operations.
• Strong understanding of paid media and agency workflows.
• Experience rolling out AI or automation with teams, with measurable gains.

Responsibilities

• Own an AI strategy and roadmap across Media Planning, Analytics, and Operations.
• Design and validate AI workflows with cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain approved AI assistants, agents, and automations.
• Provide hands-on training and develop AI learning paths for staff.
• Protect data quality and enforce responsible use of AI.
